Caan’s maintains an inventory of Napoleon grills and accessories in order to reduce delivery or shipping times.

Local orders consisting of in-stock items range from 2 to 3 business days to be assembled and delivered. Customers will be contacted if a purchased item is not in-stock to advise of the projected delivery time frame.

Local pickup and in-home Delivery Zone Rates:

Store pickup in box or assembled – FREE (2 to 3 days needed for assembly)

Assembled and delivered*: 

Sheboygan County – FREE

Manitowoc County – $60 In Box $50

Ozaukee County – $60 In Box $50

*also includes pick up and haul away of old grill – limit of 1 per order.

*If you want to request an in-home delivery outside of these areas and live in our region, call for a quote.

*Above orders including smaller and lighter accessories will be delivered at the same time and included in the option selected.

Local Shipping Zone Rates – Light Items (accessories):

For small and lighter packages only (eg. accessories), Caan Floral ships via UPS anywhere in the state of Wisconsin. Delivery rates are real time on checkout page based on city address and zip code.

Non-Local Shipping Zone Rates:

All shipping and delivery options appear on the checkout page based on the customer’s address.
